Olympic Gold medal winner Ben Rutledge stopped by the Mix and CJFW Studios for a visit. Ben was in Terrace talking to local schools and helping to open the new Terrace Sportsplex. Mr. Rutledge (seen here with Mix Morning show and Sportswest Host Ryan Boult) won Gold as a member the Mens 8 rowing team at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. The Cranrbook B.C. native has also won 1st at the 2008 World Cup and finished first inthe 2007 World Championships as a part of the Mens 8 team He has also been named the UBC Rower of the Year in 05 and 06.
